Web page is extremely convoluted, no simple way to refill Px. Phone service is slow, one can leave phone number for call back, but response is days later.

One gets no alerts for expired Px, so when one is needed it takes several more days for doctor to be contacted. Twice, I have received emails telling me to re-enroll because they have completely re designed their web page, after doing so i have been unable to look at px history nor the list of px.

i had to contact them by phone to receive paperwork to submit px used while in the hospital, language/understanding took many repetitions to communicate my request. still waiting for papers
