Envision Rx Plus - Fraud
In visiting an elderly women who has a monthly statement from EnvisionRXPlus during a Home Health Care nurse visit called EnvisionRXPlus about the elder's meds and they stated she gets her meds by mail every three months but looking at the meds on the table, they were from CVS. So the nurse asked when was the last order of meds sent and EnvisionRXPlus stated October which the CVS meds were are dated October.
This Elder never enrolled in the program, who gains from this? Is this Fraud by the person who enrolled the elder? Does the broker gain financially from the membership? Where is the gain from the company?
Are they defrauding Medicare? I don't get it.
This elder believes in paying all bills but I'll have to research this. Should I report this to Medicare as fraud?
Reason of review: Order processing issue.

What a ridiculous statement: : "Report the Broker" Many brokers use Medicare.gov to find the best plan for the client. All these plans are regulated by the government and if they get too many complaints and the performance is poor they will lose the ability to offer a plan and will be sanctioned by the government.
this is a horrible company and who falsify delivery of meds
EnVisionRXPlus has brokers who may have enrolled the Elder into the program. I would report the broker.
I would report it to Medicare fraud becuase of the false report that they are sending the elderly medications and charging medicare for it
It wouldn't hurt to report it to Medicare Fraud since they have on record that they are sending the elder the meds when in fact, the elder's meds were purchased from a CVS store.
