The computer based reorder system has never worked.

Annoying phone calls which require a call back (numbers always different)

7 digit access code on phone message that is never asked for or used

When a physician had to approve a limited RX it took weeks

They paired another refill to this one, resulting in this one being held unnecessarily

Each COMPLETED refill requires 2 more calls, one to OK shipment and a second to OK using my credit card on file

This is my first experience with a mail in service for Part D, and it has made me very wary. Somehow these guys did not get a bad review. I truly hope I get to rate this carrier before the 2019 info is on the Medicare.gov web site.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
