New ReviewerGetting to customer service was okay. Getting to talk to the pharmacy was a nightmare.
Since we just signed up with Envision, I wanted to confirm receipt of our order. Day 1- I gave up after 50 minutes on hold. Day 2- I gave up after one hour on hold. Day 3- I finally was connected after 1 hour on hold.
I think that is unacceptable and I hope I never have to talk to them again.
I must add that, once I got an actual person, she was pleasant and very helpful. Right now I miss Humana!

Finally resolved the delivery of our prescription order. Still, the process was confusing and too lengthy.
